Explore Your Interests
At St Andrew’s, our clubs give boys the chance to explore their interests, develop new skills, and have fun beyond the classroom. Whether it’s helping the school community, capturing the world through a lens, strategizing over a chessboard, or building and programming robots, there’s something for everyone.
Each club encourages creativity, teamwork, and curiosity, allowing boys to discover new passions, grow their talents, and make lasting friendships along the way.
MEDICS
Our Matric boys form our Medic team and provide a valuable service to the school during school sports matches, Derby Days and other sporting events. The Medics are managed by our Sanatorium Sister.
Photography
Photography is more than just taking pictures. It is about seeing the world creatively. In this club, boys learn composition, artistic expression, and digital editing skills while capturing school events, sports, and everyday moments. Our Photography Club is affiliated to Photography South Africa (PSA) as a school club, allowing learners to enter competitions in South African and overseas.
The club holds monthly skills workshops with invited guests, talking about varied photography topics.
All experience levels are welcome to explore and develop their visual storytelling skills.
